Job Summary
- We are searching for an efficient and flexible Restaurant General Manager to oversee our high-volume restaurant.
- He will be held accountable for the restaurant’s financial and operational performance.
- As a restaurant general manager, train and develop team.
- You must ensure that the restaurant complies with all local, state, and federal regulations.
- As a restaurant general manager, you must be able to lead a team and provide excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Develop a clear plan for the restaurant that takes into account the market, local competitors, sales revenue, and expenses
- Aim to provide the best possible dining experience for all of our customers
- Examine each product and service for quality in accordance with the standards set by the company
- Build restaurant staff through recruiting, interviewing, and training food service professionals
- Maintain food and dining product inventories and make precise projections about future sales trends
- Hold team members accountable by conducting performance reviews with them and using performance management
- Directs and coordinates all aspects of marketing and community events, including planning and executing them.
Salary
N100,000 – N150,000 Monthly.
