Description
- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our real estate team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and follow up on existing ones to drive sales growth
- Conduct property viewings and showcase properties to potential buyers
- Negotiate prices and terms of sale to meet sales targets
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry partners
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments
- Prepare and present sales reports, market analysis, and other relevant data
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer service
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets
Requirements
- 2+ years of sales experience in real estate or a related field
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and time-management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
- Knowledge of local real estate market and regulations
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (preferred).
Salary
N100,000 – N150,000 monthly.
