Job Title: Technical Operations Officer (Solar Energy)
Locations: Enugu, Cross River and Akwa Ibom

Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Operations Officer to join our team in Calabar and Enugu.
- This role requires a strong understanding of solar PV systems, energy storage systems, and related technologies.
Key Responsibilities
System Management:
- Oversee the operation and maintenance of solar PV systems and energy storage systems.
- Utilize remote monitoring systems and data analysis tools to ensure optimal system performance.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to identify and resolve potential issues.
Technical Support:
- Provide technical support to clients and internal teams regarding solar PV systems and related technologies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Prepare and deliver technical reports and documentation.
Project Coordination:
- Assist in the planning and execution of solar energy projects.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of projects.
- Monitor project progress and provide updates to stakeholders.
Problem Solving and Analysis:
- Analyze system performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement solutions to enhance system efficiency and reliability.
- Address technical challenges and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
Travel: Willingness to travel to various project sites and client locations as needed.
Requirements
Education:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Physics, or related discipline.
- HND holders are encouraged to apply.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong understanding of solar PV systems, energy storage systems, and related technologies.
- Experience with remote monitoring systems and data analysis tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel.
Salary
N200,000 – N300,000 per month.
