You will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, managing resources, mitigating risks, and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

OBJECTIVES

  • Asana Administration: Become proficient in Asana’s features and functionalities, providing support in the configuration and maintenance of projects, tasks, and workflows within the platform.
  • Task Management: Monitor project tasks and ensure they are accurately updated, helping to identify and address potential bottlenecks or delays.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain project-related documentation within Asana, such as meeting notes, action items, and project status reports.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize Asana’s reporting and analytics capabilities to extract insights, track project performance, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Quality Control: Help ensure project deliverables meet quality standards by utilizing Asana for tracking and resolving issues.
  • Coordination and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, facilitating communication, and ensuring all team members are well-informed about project progress and changes.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with project managers to streamline existing processes and propose enhancements to maximize Asana’s potential for efficient project management.
  • Asana Training and Support: Provide guidance and training to team members on using Asana effectively, encouraging adoption and best practices.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Facilitate communication among project stakeholders through Asana, ensuring everyone is well-informed about project progress, updates, and changes.
  • Project Planning: Assist in creating and maintaining project plans in Asana, including task assignments, dependencies, deadlines, and milestones.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery and work with the project manager to develop and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Resource Management: Assist in allocating resources effectively and efficiently to ensure projects are adequately staffed and resourced.

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn, with a willingness to take on new challenges.
  • In-depth understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to a positive work culture.
  • Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail, capable of handling multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with other departments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Technologically adept, tech-savvy, and quick to learn.
  • Proficiency in using Google Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and complete assignments within given instructions, established routines, and accepted practices.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and proper functioning laptop. Availability to work during Central Standard Time (between 9 am – 5 pm Central Standard Time).
