Job Title: Collections Officer

Job Description

  • We are looking to hire a suitable candidate to fill this position who will be responsible for following up on credit sales outstanding, reconciliations and collections.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Negotiate an achievable Payment Plan
  • Schedule payments with customers toward reducing the overdue / outstanding debts of clients without severing relationship

Requirements

  • Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor’s Degree / HND
  • 2 – 4 years experience as a Collections Officer
  • Experience in a Healthcare, HealthTech sector is required
  • Sound Numeracy and Analytical skills
  • Result Oriented
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

Salary
N150,000 monthly
