Job Description
- We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Office Business Manager to join our team.
- The primary responsibility of this role is to support the Office Business Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office and ensuring the efficient functioning of administrative processes.
- The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Office Business Manager in managing administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
- You must have people management experience.
- Oversee office supplies inventory and procurement, ensuring adequate stock levels at all times.
- Coordinate with various departments to streamline workflow and optimize operational efficiency.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining financial reports, budgets, and expense records.
- Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Collaborate with HR in recruitment processes, onboarding new employees, and maintaining employee records.
- Assist in implementing and enforcing office policies and procedures to ensure compliance and adherence to standards.
- Handle special projects and assignments as assigned by the Office Business Manager.
Requirements
