Job Title: HR Officer

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting,  candidate screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Design visually appealing job advertisements, social  media posts, and promotional materials to attract  potential candidates and enhance our employer  brand.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation  programs, ensuring new hires are integrated smoothly  into the organization.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, including personnel files,  attendance records, and HR databases.
  • Support employee relations activities, including  handling inquiries, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of the  company’s website, ensuring that graphics and images  align with brand guidelines and enhance user  experience.
  •  Assist in the development and implementation of HR  policies and procedures in compliance with Nigerian  labor laws and regulations.
  • Contribute to performance management processes,  including goal-setting, performance reviews, and  training needs analysis.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure  consistency in branding and messaging across all  communication channels.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department,  including drafting correspondence, preparing reports,  and organizing HR-related events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR administration or related role.
  • Proficiency in graphics design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations in Nigeria.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Graphic design skills.

Salary
N100,000 / Month.
