Job Description

  • We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our logistics sales team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales executives, and driving revenue growth in the logistics industry.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Manage a team of sales executives, providing coaching, guidance, and support
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the logistics industry
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure excellent customer service
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
  • 5+ years of sales experience in the logistics industry
  • Proven track record of success in sales management
  • Strong understanding of the logistics industry and market trends
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
