Job Description

  • As a Product Marketing Manager at Milsat Technologies Limited, you will be pivotal in bridging the gap between our innovative products and the market.
  • You will craft compelling product narratives, lead strategic product launches, and ensure our solutions meet and exceed market expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Market Research and Customer Insights: Conduct comprehensive market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. Develop detailed buyer personas and segmentation st
  • ioning and Messaging: Develop and refine product messaging that clearly differentiates Milsat products in the marketplace, ensuring consistency across all communication channels.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Plan and execute the launch of new products and releases, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure a unified approach to market entry.
  • Sales Enablement: Develop materials and tools to support the sales team, including training, demos, and collateral, to enhance their ability to sell effectively.
  • Content Creation: Lead the creation of engaging content such as blog posts, whitepapers, and videos to articulate the benefits of our products and stimulate market interest.
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyze product performance and market feedback post-launch to adjust marketing strategies and suggest product improvements.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product teams, sales, and other departments to align on product strategies and achieve market success.

Requirements

  • Proven track record as a Product Marketing Manager, particularly in technology-focused sectors.
  • Strong expertise in market analysis, segmentation, and targeted marketing.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple products in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A proven track of understanding of geospatial technology, data and processes is a great plus.
