Job Title: Manager, HR Business Partnership

Responsibilities

  • Recruitment and onboarding of talented professionals for our clients’ companies.
  • Managing talent pool and maintaining positive relationships with talents and exceptional candidates on their interest in working for any of our client’s companies.
  • Working with outsourcing and recruitment clients to understand their hiring needs and candidates’ profiles and ensuring that the right candidates are sourced for, and the timelines are met for all our clients’ requests.
  • Presentation of weekly recruitment status reports and the review of these reports at management meetings.
  • Sourcing for talents based on the hiring company’s requirements via LinkedIn, job adverts, professional networks, and social media.
  • Liaising with Hiring companies and Subject Matter Experts on panel interviews, feedback, and final selection from shortlisted candidates.
  • Coaching and prepping hiring companies on our standard interview process (as per SOP) and conducting interviews.
  • Ensuring a positive experience during the hiring process with candidates and hiring companies.
  • Negotiating remuneration packages with candidates and preparing offer Letters, medicals, and onboarding programs for selected candidates.
  • Handling and following up with hiring companies on confirmation of newly hired candidates (for outsourced staff).
  • Manage a team of recruiters and oversight for all recruiting levels and functions.
  • Meeting the assigned revenue targets by generating business from new and existing clients.
  • Prepare and present business development strategies for Board approvals and then implement them as approved.
  • Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets for the HR Business department.
  • Generally, assist the MD/CEO in the strategic development of the HR Business group of the company.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in social sciences such as Sociology, Psychology, Philosophy, Human Resources Management, or related courses.
  • Associate membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (ACIPM).
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in recruitment and employee relationship management roles in consulting firms.
  • Skills and Competencies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft O365 suite (Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Demonstrated leadership skills.
  • Good command of English both written and spoken.
  • Strong influencing, consulting, mentoring, analytical, and computing skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to convey recommendations clearly and concisely to management/leadership.
  • Experience using analytical tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Power Query or equivalent.
  • Ability to multitask and respond quickly to urgent analysis requests.

Salary & Bonuses

  • N4,800,000 – N6,000,000 per annum.
  • Commission and performance bonuses on meeting the agreed revenue target.
