Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced Production Pharmacist who will Plan, schedule and monitor production activities to meet production targets and deadlines and conduct regular inspections, testing and validation of equipment, processes and products.

Job Responsibilities

  • Plan, schedule and monitor production activities to meet production targets and deadlines.
  • Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure the products meet established quality, standards and specifications.
  • Conduct regular inspections, testing and validation of equipment, processes and products.
  • Maintain accurate and complete production records, batch documentation and reports in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure all necessary documentation such as batch records and standard operating procedures are up to date and accessible.
  • Ensure compliance with all local and international pharmaceutical regulations including NAFDAC.
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes and implement necessary adjustments to maintain compliance.
  • Promote a safe and environmentally responsible production environment.
  • Prepare, compound and formulate pharmaceutical products following standard SOP’S and GMP guidelines.

Qualification and Skills

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy
  • Must have 3 – 5 years of experience is required in a Production Pharmacy function at a Pharmaceutical manufacturing company.
  • Thorough grasp of GMP procedures and standards.
  • Has production experience in manufacturing.
  • High level of knowledge in pharmaceutical production.
  • High level of proficiency with Excel is essential to organize, maintain and manipulate data.
  • Good IT skills especially with MS Office applications.
  • Leadership skills to bring together employees and teams’ members.
  • Strong language and numerical skills
  • Ideal age range: Late 20s – 40s

Salary
N150,000 – N300,000 / Month (Gross)
