Job Description

  • You will be responsible for generating new sales opportunities and maintaining customer relationships within the telecom industry.
  • Your primary goal will be to sell telecom products and services directly to residential or business customers through various sales techniques.

Responsibilities

Sales Generation:

  • Identify potential customers and generate sales leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.

Product Knowledge:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the telecom products and services offered by the company.

Customer Engagement:

  • Communicate with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable telecom solutions.

Sales Presentations:

  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of telecom offerings.

Negotiation:

  • Negotiate sales contracts and pricing with customers to achieve sales targets.

Order Processing:

  • Process sales orders accurately and ensure timely delivery of products or activation of services.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Market Research:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Targets and Reporting:

  • Meet or exceed sales targets and provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts.

Compliance:

  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements during sales activities.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in direct sales, preferably within the telecom or related industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong drive to succeed.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Salary
N120,000 monthly.
