Job Description
- Acting as the first point of contact for the company
- Answering customer information about the brand
- Obtaining customer information such as name and address for record keeping
- Keeping track of customers that have been contacted and those who do not want to be contacted in the future
- Following up on previous customers for potential sales
- Maintaining records of customer contacts
- Completing customer surveys to obtain information about potential customers
- Providing timely support to customers and resolving all complaints that may arise
- Obtaining customer details and booking verification appointments with host
- Scheduling and booking verification appointments for verification officers (team)
- Drafting content for emails, sms and newsletters to be approved by the marketing team
- Sending out bulk sms, mails, newsletters to prospective and active customers
- Handling WhatsApp marketing
- Cold-calling, generating leads and maintaining records of potential customer
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar role.
- Proven experience in telemarketing.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage different stakeholders
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes and driving business growth.
Salary
N100,000 – N120,000 monthly.
