Job Description

  • We are recruiting for an experienced and results-driven Traditional Marketer to join our dynamic team.
  • As a marketer, you will play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth through strategic marketing initiatives.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in developing and executing effective marketing strategies especially in the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote our telehealth services and drive patient engagement.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities in the telehealth industry.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, partners, and patients, to support business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry developments, regulatory changes, and best practices in telemedicine marketing to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on healthcare or telehealth industry preferred.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns that drive measurable results.
  • Understanding of both offline and digital marketing channels and tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing will be an added advantage
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively across various platforms and audiences.
  • Creative thinker with strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for healthcare innovation is important.

Salary range
N100,000 – N150,000 ( Negotiation based on proven experience).
