Sales Development Representative – Hospitals

the United States. In this role, you’re responsible for prospecting, navigating gatekeepers and reaching out to decision makers in order to schedule meetings between them and a Hospital Sales Executive.

 

If you’re a strong communicator, with an ability to relay empathy and curiosity, in order to get things done, the Sales Development Representative role is a great place to grow and develop your skills. Responsibilities:

Prospecting leads, navigating hospital gatekeepers and schedule meetings with key hospital decision makers

Ask questions to relevant stakeholders in order to validate problems based on target customer personas

Clearly articulate the value proposition of our marketplace to clinical and non-clinical stakeholders

Establish credibility and trust with healthcare executives by demonstrating strong business acumen and understanding of clinical workflows

You are knowledgeable about our product and our supply building motions in order to articulate our solution to hospital decision makers

Comfortable making a minimum of 80 calls per day and maintain up to date account records of your activity in Salesforce

Qualifications

Sales experience not required but strongly preferred

Bachelor’s Degree

Familiarity with sales methodologies

Willingness to try / lack of fear

Coachable / receptive to feedback

We are hiring for this role on a 3 month contract, with the opportunity to extend thereafter based on performance. Equivalent compensation is between $40,000 – $50,000 per year.
