Position Overview
- We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
- As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and take orders in a friendly and efficient manner
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and engage with customers on social media
- Provide menu information, make recommendations, and answer questions about ingredients and preparation methods
- Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Resolve issues promptly and to the customer’s satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the dining area, lobby, and service stations
- Work closely with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service
- Participate in training and development programs to improve knowledge and skills
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a restaurant or retail environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
- Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment.
