About the Role
- We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our team in Abuja.
- As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, ensuring smooth operations and efficient communication within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior executives.
- Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries and correspondence professionally and promptly.
- Documentation: Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required. Maintain accurate records and files.
- Meeting Coordination: Organize and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks such as expense reporting, invoicing, and office management to ensure smooth operations.
- Information Management: Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Organize and prioritize incoming requests and tasks.
- Project Support: Provide support for special projects and initiatives as assigned by senior management, including research and analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, with at least 2 years of experience.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also being a team player.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Age Requirement: 30 years old or above
