Job Description
- The supervisor will assist the company by supervising the overall responsibilities of the sales representatives, including communicating organizational needs, monitoring performance, offering direction and support, identifying areas for development, and managing the mutually beneficial relationship between customers, staff and the organization to ensure that all parties succeed.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Monitor and supervise the cashier’s daily activities.
- Evaluate the effectiveness, process, and control mechanisms of our products.
- Ensure validation is carried for every sale.
- Ensure the scratch card sales process is adhered to by all sales representatives.
- Communicate organizational needs with the line manager.
- Assist customers with purchasing decisions and provide support to sales representatives.
- Monitor stock and inform operations when stock is running low.
- Manage a good relationship between sales representatives and the organization.
- Perform other assigned duties.
Qualifications
- Graduate Degree in Related Field
- 2 – 5 years working experience in Sales and Business Development
- Strong analytical skills – Initiate and develop
- Excellent organizational skills communication skills, and problem-solving skills
- Strong growth-focused mentality
- Ready to start immediately
Salary
N200,000 – N220,000 (Negotiable).
