We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Deputy Sales Manager

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Main Functions

  • Analyzing market trends, profiling customers and researching competition towards providing quality service delivery.
  • Converting leads into sales via proper communication with customers, understanding their needs and tailoring company’s approach to meeting those needs.
  • Understanding prevailing pricing in key market segments and localities so as to guide the company to derive optimum value from our businesses.
  • Liaising with relevant personnel to ensure seamless delivery of customer orders in a way that achieves ultimate customer satisfaction.
  • Reviewing customer feedback, analyzing consumption patterns and developing strategies for customer retention and improved service to all customer groups being served
  • Providing quality after sales support to customers, addressing complex issues and challenges facing the customer.
  • Building and maintaining long term relationships with customers via proper communication, considering their needs and designing strategies to enhance customer loyalty.
  • Identifying sales goals and objectives and preparing sales plans to guide achievement of these objectives.
  • Closing key sales deals through writing proposals, making presentations, or running demonstrations to convince prospects to become customers and convert leads to sales.
  • Training and onboarding of new members of the sales team to ensure a strong sales force well attuned to meeting customer needs.

Requirements

  • Candidates should have at least a minimum of 5 – 8 years of relevant experience in commercial, sales, marketing, business development, or any related field. With a solid understanding of the industry, market dynamics and business strategies.
  • Technical Qualification: Ability to use Microsoft 365 suit, and other apps.
  • Location: must reside within the geographical area or willing to relocate at own cost.
  • Proffessional Body / certifications: Additional advantage
  • Expected Age: – 35 – 40 years

Salary

  • N230,000 – N260,000 Monthly.
  • HMO Cover, 13th Month Salary etc.
