Project Manager at Entobase (REMOTE, Worldwide $200k/year)

We are looking for an Project Manager to join our team. This position is fully remote.

Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, including a project schedule, resource allocation, and budget estimation.
• Coordinate and lead cross-functional project teams, assigning tasks and responsibilities, and providing guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Track project progress, identify potential issues, and proactively take action to resolve them.
• Manage project budgets and resources, ensuring the project stays within scope and meets financial targets.
• Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders, clients, and senior management through regular meetings, reports, and presentations.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential project risks.
• Ensure project documentation is complete and up-to-date, including project charters, timelines, and other relevant documents.
• Foster a positive team environment, encourage collaboration, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
• Evaluate and improve project management processes and methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Project Management).
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello).
• Knowledge of project management best practices and methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, Agile, Scrum).
• PMP or other relevant certifications preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
