Job Description
- We are hiring a Customer Service Supervisor (female) to join our client a skincare brand.
- The Customer Service Supervisor will oversee our customer service team, ensuring that our customers receive outstanding support and service.
- The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to handle and resolve complex customer issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor a team of customer service representatives.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the customer service team.
- Ensure that customer service inquiries and complaints are resolved promptly and satisfactorily.
- Develop and implement customer service policies, procedures, and standards.
- Handle escalated customer issues and provide solutions.
- Train new customer service representatives and provide ongoing training to existing staff.
- Track and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Prepare reports on team performance and customer feedback for management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 2-5 years proven experience as a Customer Service Supervisor or similar role.
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using customer service software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Should be available to work Monday to Saturday
Salary
100,000 – N120,000 Monthly.
