Job Description
- We are seeking a dedicated and reliable HR Executive who will provide support in various human resource functions, which may include recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation, and benefits administration.
Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment efforts by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
- Handle employee onboarding and orientation processes
- Assist in administering employee benefits programs and addressing employee inquiries.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Assist in performance management processes, including conducting evaluations and providing feedback to employees.
- Assist in organizing training and development programs for employees.
- Support in payroll processing and other administrative HR tasks as needed.
- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- 1 – 5 years experience in HR or related administrative roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills.
- Ability to take initiatives and make effective decisions.
- Female preferably
- HR Certification is an added advantage.
Salary
N100,000 – N150,000 / month.
