Description

  • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resource and Admin Manager to join our team in the Food & Beverages industry.
  • As the Human Resource and Admin Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the effective functioning of our organization.
  • You will be responsible for overseeing all human resource activities as well as managing the administrative functions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions
  • Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Maintain employee records and manage payroll processing
  • Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and issues
  • Develop and maintain employee training programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Oversee the performance management process and facilitate employee development plans
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and initiatives to foster a positive work environment
  • Manage the daily administrative operations, including office supplies, facilities, and vendor relationships
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and implement workplace safety programs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience as an HR and admin manager, preferably in the food & beverages industry
  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices
  • Strong recruitment and interviewing skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in HRIS and payroll systems
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
  • Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Salary Range
N200,000 – N300,000 / Month
