Eko Maintenance Limited is a rapidly growing Facility Management Company that specializes in maintenance of high rise building facilities with office located in Victoria Island, Lagos.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Recruitment Officer
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Hours: Monday- Saturday from 8 am- 5 pm
Responsibilities
- Meet hiring manager for job openings at their site
- Post job roles on job board
- Source for qualified candidates
- Phone interview with qualified candidates and shortlist
- Send interview invites to shortlisted candidates and follow uprn- Interview with the hiring manager
- Create a recruitment report rn- Send interview feedback to candidates not shortlistedrn- Send offer letters out after final approval
- Send emails for the onboarding process and follow up
- Open a new file for a new employee
- Ensure everything is set before the new employee resumes and checklists are signed and approved
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
- Must have 2-3 years working experience as a recruiter
- Proficient in the use of computer
- Great attention to details
Salary Package
- N120,000 – N150,000 / Month with HMO and Pension
- Leave Benefits: 12 days sick leave and 12 days annual leave
