Job Description

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Realtor to join our team in Lagos.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales.

Key Responsibilities
Client Management:

  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, providing expert advice and guidance throughout the process.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Conduct property showings, open houses, and site visits.

Market Analysis:

  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about market trends, property values, and new listings in Abuja.
  • Provide clients with comparative market analysis and property evaluations.

Transaction Management:

  • Prepare and present offers and counteroffers to clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with buyers, sellers, and other real estate agents.
  • Ensure all transactions comply with legal requirements and company policies.

Marketing and Promotion:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote properties and attract potential clients.
  • Utilize digital marketing tools, social media, and traditional advertising methods to reach a broader audience.
  • Create and distribute promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, and online listings.

Administrative Duties:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions, client interactions, and property listings.
  • Collaborate with the administrative team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with the Lagos real estate market.
  • Proven experience as a realtor or similar role in the real estate industry.
  • Valid real estate license.
  • Strong understanding of the real estate market and current trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and real estate software (e.g., MLS, CRM systems).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with digital marketing and social media promotion

What We Offer

  • Salary: N150,000 – N200,000 Monthly.
