Personal Assistant at E-Commerce Saas (REMOTE, Worldwide $800/month)

Job Responsibilities

  • Managing a high-volume email inbox
  • Handling all aspects of business travel booking and logistics
  • Executing time-sensitive administrative tasks and personal errands
  • Overseeing the entire hiring process, from job posting to onboarding
  • Developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures
  • Maintaining financial documents and records
  • Following up with team members to tasks get completed

Job Requirements

  • Proficient English speaker (comfortable talking, writing, reading)
  • 2+ Years of experience working remotely as an Executive Assistant for a business owner or CEO who lives in the USA.
  • Strong at using Slack, iMessage, Gmail, & Google Calendar
  • Available to work US PST business hours (9am – 6pm PST, Monday – Saturday)

Who This Role is Not For

  • If you can’t consistently work during US PST hours (Monday – Saturday, 9am – 6pm PST)
  • If you require constant supervision or micromanagement
  • If you’re looking for a low-effort, minimal involvement position
