Job Responsibilities
- Managing a high-volume email inbox
- Handling all aspects of business travel booking and logistics
- Executing time-sensitive administrative tasks and personal errands
- Overseeing the entire hiring process, from job posting to onboarding
- Developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures
- Maintaining financial documents and records
- Following up with team members to tasks get completed
Job Requirements
- Proficient English speaker (comfortable talking, writing, reading)
- 2+ Years of experience working remotely as an Executive Assistant for a business owner or CEO who lives in the USA.
- Strong at using Slack, iMessage, Gmail, & Google Calendar
- Available to work US PST business hours (9am – 6pm PST, Monday – Saturday)
Who This Role is Not For
- If you can’t consistently work during US PST hours (Monday – Saturday, 9am – 6pm PST)
- If you require constant supervision or micromanagement
- If you’re looking for a low-effort, minimal involvement position
Bonus Points
- Experience in working with a saas company
