Job Description

  • DMV is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of our industry and services, coupled with a proven track record in sales and business development within similar sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the engineering industry
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement effective business strategies.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Prepare proposals and presentations that speak to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
  • Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the team.
  • Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets.
  • Present DMV’s services to potential clients through direct communication, face-to-face meetings, networking events, and cold calling.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competition, and new opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or relevant field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Executive, Sales Manager, or a relevant role.
  • In-depth knowledge of theengineering industry and its current events.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to negotiate and close deals.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals.

Salary
N150,000 / Month.
