Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Marketer to join our team. As a Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to reach new customers, build brand awareness, and drive business growth.
  • You will work closely with our sales, product, and creative teams to identify market opportunities, create compelling marketing campaigns, and measure the effectiveness of our marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges
  • Create and manage marketing budgets and campaigns
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing materials and messaging
  • Measure and analyze campaign performance using data and analytics tools
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
  • Manage and optimize marketing channels, including social media, email, and content marketing
  • Develop and maintain a strong brand identity and messaging framework
  • Work closely with sales teams to support lead generation and conversion efforts

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree in related field
  • 1-3 years of marketing experience
  • Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and strategies
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, channels, and tactics
  • Excellent communication, creative, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and in digital marketing
  • Knowledge of SEO and search engine marketing
  • Experience working in a B2B or B2C marketing environment
